We offer a 180-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 180 days of receiving their order.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
You may request a return in the following cases:
• Damaged or defective products
• Printing or manufacturing errors
• Incorrect items received
• Missing or incomplete orders
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@myboxprinting.com with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We provide free return shipping for all approved returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
We accept exchanges for eligible returns. Replacement products will be processed and shipped after approval.
Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
